oDesk Jobs
Some of you might be asking who is oDesk or what are oDesk Jobs.
Well, I was kind of hesitant to list it on my blog as a top reputable online job company.
But based on the feed backs I was getting from affiliates and other online entrepreneurs like my self, I finally decide to sit down and actually evaluate this company and the services they provide.
These were my findings of Odesk; they provide quality service to small to medium size companies across the globe. They’ve been in business since 2003 and the majority of their customers are satisfied with the services they provide. They’re sort of like the middle man between a person looking to do some contracting/freelance work and the actual company that’s willing to hire those types of people on a temporary or some instances, full time basis. Any type of job that can be done remotely is being offered here: Jobs like web developers, writers, graphic designers, call-center staff, data entry professionals, marketing experts, business consultants and more.
The best part of my findings was, it Doesn’t Cost You a dime to sing up with oDesk.com. No fees for applying for a job or interviews. When you make money they make money. So they don’t charge you a fee up front, like some of the other online job companies out there. Contractors (you) get 90% of the advertised rates and oDesk gets the remaining 10%. Hourly or fixed doesn’t matter. So let’s say you applied for a job and you asked for nine dollars and hour, oDesk will in turn ask the employer who will hire you for ten dollars per hour, one dollar to cover their fees. It’s a win-win situation for both parties.
Well to conclude, the research I had done have totally changed my perception about oDesk and large online job companies in general. For whatever reason, I was under the impression that big companies like oDesk and others, sometimes don’t provide quality service to their contractors, which was untrue. For a company to be in business since 2003 and whole list of employers who are satisfied with their services, says a lot about a company’s reputation.

Let’s see if I get a link from this. I am keeping you on my blog till I run back link watch on mine Thursday.
The issue with affiliate marketing is in driving traffic. Free methods take time to ramp up, and paid methods require a paid learning curve, in essence there is no free traffic. Elbow grease or cash only.

Agreed…that’s why I always recommend people who are looking to earn a living online, start off with something small…like an ad posting job, survey job or adsense. Learn how to drive traffic to your site first and then you can work your way up to Affiliate marketing, High end direct sales or even launch your own product.

Hi fine points.. now why did not i think of them? Off issue somewhat, is this page pattern simply from a standard installment or do you utilize a custom pattern. I use a weblog i’m aiming to expand and to cut a long story short the visuals is likely one of the number one things to complete on my list.
